Forwarding and protecting data
Remote Basket authorizes the forwarding of documents to a server for processing locally, by remote or on the Internet thanks to mail, ftp, http protocols (with SSL encryption if required) and built-in Webservice. The documents may also be zipped and encrypted by means of standard protocols ZIP, AES or 3-DES.
It’s so simple!
Remote Basket can be installed in a matter of seconds on users’ PC and it puts at their disposal a number of graphic baskets which allow the linking of a forward action and/or a particular processing for each document. The baskets can be defined for centralized usage and they can be imported on users’ PCs without the users having access to the forwarding information used.
The basket concept is so simple that no training is required for users.

Remote Basket puts at the disposal of users, virtual baskets in which they can drop electronic documents requiring processing. The baskets have a built-in mode for the forwarding of the document: network copy, mail, ftp, http, Webservice … which ensures that the document reaches its destination. The baskets are evidently interconnected with the applications in the Documalis range of products: Mail, Fax, Document Management, Workflow and Process.
