Documalis Workflow Server: Enhancing information and expediting decisions

The in-box principle
Documalis Workflow allows the creation of in-boxes capable of containing real documents or screens designed with Documalis Form Designer and having access to real company data from the workflow server. In-boxes are linked with users (or groups) who are notified by e-mail or by Documalis TrayIcon each time the box is filled by a Workflow. The user just clicks on the hyperlink in the e-mail to have access to his in-box via a simple Internet browser, from any PC on the network or by remote access if the Workflow server is accessible. He then performs, in his browser, the activities authorized on that in-box (approval, signing, capture, corrections…). After validation, the document is moved in another box according to the scheduled Workflow.
Users and Groups
They are defined in a unique and centralised manner in the User Server for all Documalis applications servers.

Workflow Server allows the interface of users in the processing of document, for approval, signing, indexing, comments… Workflow Server is equipped with a full user, groups and in-box management software which allows the creation of simple workflows within minutes and very complex ones in a few hours only. The Workflows use the full processing power of the Process Server.
