A complete document management
Document Server is a simple and friendly document Web solution, which does not require any deployment on users’ PCs. The documents can be classified in a structure of coherent filing as per the business needs, manually by users or automatically via Process, Workflow, Communication Server. Server. Every document can be typed and indexed so as to authorize multicriteria research or according to a classification plan. Indexing, the management of versions and life cycle
Documents stored in Document Server can be typed, and this permits the capture or feeding of a certain number of Indexes, depending on the type selected. The Indexes can be shared among several types, and this authorizes multicriteria search and hierarchical classification plans linked with defined types. The management of versions allows an accurate follow-up of various versions of the same document. The life cycle option authorizes the storage and consultation of additional Indexes, allowing the tracing of all the events in the life of the document : information regarding digitalization, extraction of mail, workflow, modification, Ocr, Lad, PDF transformation, consultation by user, update of the document etc.
Management of very heavy loads
Document Server relies on internal databases, SQL Server, Oracle or MySql, in order to preserve excellent search and preview performances, irrespective of volumes stored. The database contains Indexes, the management of versions and life cycle, while the documents themselves are stored in a tree-like protected NTFS disk structure, for better access times and simplified safeguard.
Security and remote access
Document Server has an advanced management of rights which authorizes limited access by users according to types or document storage files. The Documalis document management system is easily accessible by remote for agencies, outlets, warehouses, sites or expatriate personnel, thanks to the SSL option which permit security on Web base transferred outside the entreprise, as well as documents consulted or downloaded by remote via Internet.

Document management authorising the storage and follow-up of various versions of Pdf, Bureautique, Text, Image, Xps and Xml documents. Document Server provides an interface in Web mode to search and consult documents via a simple Internet browser. It has a presentation in form of tables or by vignettes, from an integrated preview and an automatic downloading of the document from a user PC. Several search modes are available : full text, file-wise, by multicriteria index, according to classification plans.
