Scanpoint Software comes in at the second level support working in close collaboration with our partners, in order to guarantee maximum efficiency, even by remote. A special slot is reserved for our customers on file, this gives them access to the user forum, to the news pages and to the page for the downloading of the latest software versions.

Training on site and Assistance
The software Documalis for Professionals comes with training aids. P rofessional trainers ensure the success of your projects by bringing to the software administrators and users the required knowledge. Should you desire a customized training, Scanpoint Software and its partners can set up a customized training programme to suit your needs. Specific days can also be organized for assistance/training post implementation. These are programmed so that you may get the help you may need for any interface or when important scenarios are being launched. Our local technical experts will visit you from Mondays to Fridays during working hours.
Hotline and problem solving
Scanpoint Software has a help desk for customers so as to give a rapid and professional to all your questions. Our software comes with a guarantee package which gives you free access to a Hotline, a customized maintenance contract equal to 10% of the price of licences is offered after the guarantee period. Ou r help service can be tapped into by customers thanks to a protected tool by remote control. In case of emergency this will allow fast intervention and no waste of time.
Regional partners
We are aware of the geographical isolation factor or remote zones or overseas territories- DOM-TOM, and this is precisely why Scanpoint Software has always had a policy of close partnership in these zones. We have our trained and competent representatives in Polynésie, Reunion island, Martinique and Guadeloupe.

An assistance contract gives you free access to the Hotline by Telephone, Email, Skype or Msn when it comes to your installation problems, configuration, and feedback about nonconformities.
