Form Designer Components
Form Designer provides more than 35 visual components or access to data by simply dragging and placing them on the Web page to be drawn : label, edit, memo, panel, checkbox, radio button, listbox, combobox, radio group, hyperlink, editing zones with mask, email, date, time, calendar. Form Designer allows the insertion of objects like image, pdf or flash. Form Designer also proposes text or graphic buttons for the creation of files, the execution of programmes, the selection of a file on the user’s PC, the uploading and downloading of files from the user Web page.
HTTP Server and built-in HTTP
Form Designer has its own Web page server incorporated for the configuration of user screens in real time from the moment of conception, and this allows an iterative configuration. The pages thus generated are stored in XML files and interpreted by Documalis Portal and Workflow Server which integrate their own HTTP server and HTTPS (protected SSL) as well as a multi-users management authorising a great number of simultaneous connections.
Customisation and integration of pages
The pages generated with Documalis Form Designer benefit by default from an advanced graphic aspect which picks up on the colours and standards of Microsoft Office 2007 software. All the graphic components of Form Designer can be customized at the time of execution (skins), so as to harmonize the colours and logos displayed in the screen with the company graphic chart. The Documalis Web pages can be very simply incorporated in any existing company portal via a simple IFrame and the Documalis URL of the published page.
