Process Server is a grahic processing engine for companies. It is capable of interpreting side by side a great number of scenarios developed by Documalis Designer. Uses of Process Server

Process Server carries out scenarios for the integration of data and documents :
• Conversion of Image, IT documents, Pdf, Xps …
• Extraction of Ocr content, Lad, Spool analysis, automatic recognition
• Editing, regrouping and publishing of complicated documents
• Collection or distribution of data and documents from many sites
• Data and document exchanges with external partners
• Xml conversion, Edi, feeding of databases
• Connection to business applications : GED, accounting, stocks, logistics, ERP …
• Publication of information by email, updating of intranet sites – Internet
• Automation of grahic chains and document processing.

Interface for Web configuration
Process Server has a Web 2.0 interface which authorizes the connection and configuration of the system by remote. It only requires the importation of a Process designed with Documalis Designer, and creating or choosing a trigger and assign entry and exit parameters of the Process.
It is possible to launch a processing or to plan tasks manually from the configuration interface.

Traceability and Supervision
The traceability of the processing is automatically guaranteed by Trace Server, , the follow-up in real time by Dashboard Server if these applications are in place. The implementation of processing takes less than one minute, and learning to use the system is equally elementary in order to simplify the work of users.

Execution in heterogeneous environment
Documalis Process Server has Remote agents developed in Java technology and authorising the execution of Instructions directly within Unix servers, Linux, Windows or AS/400 where they are set, with the user’s rights built-in.

A mouse-friendly editor
The scenarios executed by Process Server are carried out in a simple way graphically by Documalis Designer : the Process editor. Using fully the 40 configuration integrated helps and the parsing editor which simplifies the implementation of Functions, Designer authorizes the creation of processing with the mouse, without recourse to classical programming languages. The 130 Instructions available cover almost all the needs regarding document processing and graphic integration.
