A general traceability server for the entreprise. Documalis Trace links up all processing information, document follow-up, and company’s business data in a single and protected database. Documalis Trace provides authorized users with a Web interface for search and checking of data, accessible from all PCs and if required to external users : partner, clients, wage-earners.

Consolidation of the company’s traces

Documalis Trace Server is a Datawarehouse for traceability, aimed at being concentrated in a single database, all company traceability data : processing, documents and business data originating from third-party software. It offers an interface for consultation and advanced search in Web technology accessible by remote for partners’ needs, payments and tele-maintenance.

All Documalis servers communicate naturally and in a protected manner with Trace Server without requiring the least programming :Desktop Server for digitalization, virtual print, transfers via folders, save in MS Office, Communication Server for Faxes and Mail, Process Server for all graphic processing, Workflow Server for inter-user exchanges, Document Viewer and Document Server for document management.


External access for partners and clients
Documalis Trace gives limited access to certain users external to the company, in a fully protected way (encryption web SSL). The rights and profiles of Documalis users authorize a limitation of access to certain selected information, according to determined criteria: client number, order number, supplier’s name … It is then very simple and fast to provide specialised research to answer follow-up problems, accounts, processing, logistics, inventory by means of a simple protected Internet connection.

Integral document follow-up
Trace Server guarantees the follow-up of the life cycle of a document, throughout processing and up to final storage. A unique identification is assigned to each document when it is created or entrusted to someone, who follows it up throughout its life and its transformations, and this helps to recount easily the various stages : digitalization, mail extraction, incoming fax, retrieval of Office document, Pdf, Ocr, Lad, graphic transformation, content extraction, reformatting, workflow, signature, seal, storage …

Seals and signatures
 D ocuments processed by Documalis can be digitally signed, or manually signed by system users or automatically by Documalis processing servers. The documents can also be stamped with a seal by means of a clocker and an MD5 or SHA1 print, which will be stored in the database, independently of the document. Information stored in the Documalis traceability database are in conformity with norms AFNOR Z42013 and ISO 15489, for any legal use.
