Signatures and certificates
Documalis has technologies to affix seal and digital signature for the processing of legal documents based on the X509 certificates, Pdf, Xps and Microsoft signatures, SHA1 or MD5 documentary prints and the replenishing of electronic safes.

Documalis has many ways to start a Workflow a Web screen in Workflow or Portal Server,

Users and groups
They are defined in a unique and centralised way in Documalis User Server for all user servers in Web mode : Documalis Workflow, Document, Communication, Portal, Desktop Server. This simplifies in a tremendous way the management of rights and authorizations, with the additional possibility of using a Windows domain or an Active Directory server to control passwords or the single sign-on of users.

Workflow Server in Web technology allowing interaction among users in document processing, for approval, signature, indexing, comments… Workflow Server has a full management of users, groups, actions and waiting files which allows the creation of simple document workflows in a few minutes and very complicated ones in a matter of hours. Users are warned about actions to be carried out by a popup in real time or via an email containing an URL with direct access to the Web page of the Workflow.
